'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with a genuine aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our pizza place was initially a humble, family-operated venture boasting recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft on her sojourns across Italy, learning from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples—pizza's homeland. After her return to the UK, her goal was to replicate the authentic Italian pizza experience, adhering to age-old traditions and selecting only premium ingredients.

From a cozy 12-seat eatery, we've expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-burning ovens, preparing our signature dough from scratch every day, and choosing ingredients of the utmost quality available to us.

Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the care of its founding family, with a second-generation Bianchi at the helm, guiding our devoted crew. Despite introducing some contemporary advances, our core philosophy endures—making luscious, original pizzas that convene folks around the table.
